Jonathan Young is the firm’s Managing Director. His responsibilities consisted of dealing with corporate operations, finance, and sales while serving as the Senior Network and Server Architect for the entire firm. Furthermore, he has virtualized over 200+ servers for various organizations throughout Nevada and California. He has successfully designed and implemented many enterprise class IT infrastructure systems, within Nevada and California. His expertise and tenure within the IT field ensure he is fit to successfully handle environments and complexities of any size. Jonathan is not only professionally trained and certified in the following products/technologies but has 15+ years of experience in working with SonicWall Firewalls, 3CX VoIP, Microsoft Exchange, Windows Server, Storage ISCSI, VMware, Nimble Storage, Dell Equallogic, IBM Purflex, IBM Storwize, SQL Server, Ubiquiti Networks and Cisco routers and switches.

Baiju Mehta holds an MBA from the University of Southern California and is an IT consultant with 18 years of experience. Baiju has successfully implemented enterprise class networks at large entertainment companies such as Tyler Perry Studios, The Culver Studios, Modern VideoFilm and Raleigh Studios. Additionally, Baiju supports over 1000 Cisco phones connected Cisco Unified Communication Manager.
Baiju specializes in Microsoft technologies including Exchange, SQL and Windows Server, as well as Cisco routers and firewalls, SonicWall products. He is a Microsoft Certified System Engineer, Cisco Certified Network Associate and an A+ Certified Technician.
Justin Haack

Justin Haack has over 10 years of proven IT experience. Justin has successfully implemented many large scale network and server systems throughout Minnesota. Prior to working with Digital Technology Solutions he was a tier three support engineer for one of Minnesota’s largest managed service providers.
Justin specialties are server oriented with experience in Active Directory, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Exchange, VMware ESXi, Microsoft Sharepoint, Microsoft IIS, and other various Microsoft platforms. Other areas of knowledge are working with Nimble SANs, managing Citrix environments, Terminal Services, Sonicwall and Watchguard firewalls, and a plethora of backup solutions, He has a personal drive for perfection and wants to resolve problems in a timely fashion.
Kamran Askari

Kamran Askari is a network engineer with five years of experience in implementing and supporting enterprise networks. Kamran has implemented and supported many entertainment industry networks including, The Culver Studios, Raleigh Studios and Tyler Perry Studios. Kamran has lead the process in the design, implementation and support of these networks. Kamran is well versed in supporting Cisco Aeronet Wireless as well Aruba Networks wireless.
Kamran can support Cisco routers, switches and firewalls. He has implemented the following routing protocols on networks, BGP, OSPF and EIGRP. Kamran holds a CCNA and CCNP – Routing and Switching certification.
Jeff Cummins

Jeff has experience in a large variety of technologies. He has experience in not only networks but cable internet coax, cable running, and conduit running. Jeff’s previous experience with companies such as Charter communications and the Genoa Electrical have given Jeff great skills in wire running, structural analysis, and programming.
